Localisation of skincare product packaging helps No.7 boost Canadian market presence

THE CHALLENGES

No.7 needed their line of skincare products in Canada to be available in both English and French Canadian. They had to ensure that the appropriate skincare language for the Canadian market was used and that their brand’s tone of voice was still at the forefront of the translation.

THE SOLUTIONS

·       All the necessary material and translations are now stored inside our translation memory software, Phrase TMS, and on our secure servers so that any updates can be made cheaply, easily and swiftly!

·       We have begun working directly with No7’s artwork supplier to put translations straight onto the packaging.

·       Dialogue has created a glossary of specialist skincare terms for our translators to refer to.
