You might be aware that, as part of our suite of language services, Dialogue provides cross-cultural coaching to corporate clients. Cross-cultural coaching is vital for those relocating abroad, as it will enable them to adjust more quickly and painlessly to the host country and culture. We also deliver cross-cultural training specifically for managers working internationally or in ‘remote or virtual teams’, giving them the cultural insights, sensitivity and ‘tools’ in order to interact effectively and positively with their international colleagues or clients.
As a result of increased take-up, we now require more cultural trainers to deliver our cross-cultural solutions. If you, or anyone you know, might be interested or suitable for this role, please email your CV to [email protected] and quote ‘Intercultural Training’ as the reference. Attached are further details about the role.
